"I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Sharlene Lu at The Dentists Taupo. She was so respectful, highly professional, gentle, kind, compassionate, patient and confident, leaving no room for fear. Definitely an expert in her field and she made the whole experience calm, yet speedy. Dr Sharlene’s communication skills were superb, unequivocally explaining complex procedures, definitely open and honest. I had an upper tooth removed on 4 December 2024 which was a difficult extraction because it had a curve in the root and was close to the left sinus. Dr Sharlene’s ability to integrate new technologies enabled this extraction to be an exemplary achievement. I just couldn’t believe that the tooth had been removed in record time, with no pain or fuss. Her assistant, Robyn, deserves the same favourable recommendation, too."
